“I can't say enough good things about Boulder Cars. From the moment I walked in, Bertrand and Kory went above and beyond anything I expected from a car dealership. I ended up buying a high end BMW from them that was a solid deal, and the car itself was in exceptional shape and clearly very well cared for. What really set them apart, though, was everything that happened after the sale. I'd been dealing with the BMW dealership just down the street that stalled on an issue I was having and they never actually resolved it. Boulder Cars was the opposite. They were consistently supportive and helpful, and did absolutely everything they could to help me get my issue addressed. They didn't have to keep helping once the sale was done, but they did anyway. They stepped in more than once to help me work through some logistical challenges, and they even helped me navigate with my third party warranty company, which ended up performing exactly as it should. If you want a dealership that treats you like a person instead of just a transaction, this is the place. Highly recommended, five stars.”
