So the story starts with your typical dealership experience- I came in for my 60k service and the dude wanted to charge me $900 in maintenance.
So I called Chan, they were literally half the price so I made an appointment and showed up and they told me I didn’t need ANYTHING done and refused to take any money from me!!! They even took me into the back and showed me everything the dealership told me I needed to work on. The mechanic even showed me what the brand new fluid looks like compared to my “worn out” fluid (yes it looked brand new as Chan auto had said)”

I have a 2003 Tundra that they have kept alive. They have done so much work on her to keep it up and running over the years, guided me in honest, genuine ways and recommendations, been super transparent about when I needed to put love into my truck. Greg will shoot it straight with you with your best interest in mind every single time. They are incredibly easy to work with. I could not be more stoked on them as a whole. If you are looking for a place to bring your Toyota, this is the place. They have done literally everything under the sun to my truck from mechanical, to rebuilds, to cosmetic, to aftermarket part repairs. Fair price, they would not charge and take advantage of people.”

“Overall good service. They squeezed me in for a last minute oil change and tire rotation before a big trip, which was much appreciated! It was ~$150 total, so on the higher end but not unreasonable. They also didnt try to upsell me on anything. The woman who works the front is super friendly and helpful. I did notice a few things were off that showed maybe it was a bit rushed. They didn't replace the sticker on my dashboard, and when I went back in said they were having issues with the stickers. They also left my high beams on, which I didnt notice right away and could have drained the battery if I hadn't caught it later that evening. And there was a strange goo on the top and side of the car- maybe it got parked under a tree with sap and I hadn't noticed. The first time I noticed it was when I picked up the car. So overall it was okay, but maybe some small details could be addressed for a better overall experience.”
“after being a dealership-only customer with my previous vehicles, i purchased a 2020 XC40 T5 and brought it to Swedish Motors for the first time to check for sunroof leaks after not getting the answer i wanted from the Volvo dealer.
i was blown away by the kind staff and the pride and care they take when it comes to Volvos. being a Volvo guy myself, this was definitely a breath of fresh air. they always take care of my Volvo correctly and answer any questions i have.
not to mention, when i had a loaner that gave me some trouble, they went out of their way to help me and swap it out.

“We ran into car trouble while visiting boulder from 8 hours away. We had no choice but to get a repair before heading home and I’m so glad I took a chance on Alpha and Omega. The owner stayed late to talk to us even though we called and said we’d just leave the key in the drop box. The next day he called us early to talk through all the diagnostics they’d done and described what was happening and what problems that pointed to. He gave us two costs up front, explaining that they might be able to do the repair without dismantling our A/C. The cost difference was significant and I was so thankful for the upfront honesty. He also described all of the parts including brands he was procuring and why they were the best for cost and performance. They were able to do the work without the extra labor and gave us an incredibly fair overall cost for the repairs. Furthermore he promised to honor his 3 year warranty for us even though we likely could not return to his shop for the repairs. I fully believe that the owner wants to cultivate long term relationships with his customers and takes honesty above profit very seriously. If we are anywhere near boulder next time we need repairs we would not hesitate to return to this shop. Please give this place your business!”
