“Bought a GMC from Jake Leatherwood. The best service of all the dealers we went to! We were looking for a care for our son, his first. We told Jake what we wanted and he helped us find it. We went to Maroone before any other dealer and after looking, we told Jake we were going to other dealers to compare. He thanked us and told us to come back if he could help. No pressure at all. So nice, pleasant and professional.We checked out 3 other dealers and man, what a difference. We were lied to about the cars they were showing us (like we couldn't read an invoice or odometer!) and the sales people didn't know alot about the cars. A couple of dealers made us wait and we never got helped. Needless to say, we went back to Jake and bought a car. Smooth transaction and he was very helpful with great follow up. “We had a great experience purchasing a used vehicle through Fisher Honda. Our salesperson DJ initially helped us purchase a used Acura MDX. The transaction went trough smoothly, but we later decided that a different car would be better suited to our family's needs. We contacted DJ regarding this, however the car we were interested in was still going through the reconditioning process and was not yet ready for sale. Seeing that we had only a small window to make the exchange, DJ went above and beyond to make the car, a 2016 Honda Pilot available that very day, and make the exchange possible. “I have a van outfitted for adventures in the mountains. Jason and the crew at The Shop Automotive, installed some aftermarket suspension parts; tunable shocks. The original install was quick, priced appropriately, and has worked like a dream.Since then, I further modified the van by installing skid plates that protected the lower rear shocks. This caused some issues with the longevity of small shock parts. The issue resulted in a loose lower shock mount, and a clunking noise for the life of me I could not identify.I took the van to Jason for diagnosis. He took his time and by process of elimination, identified the problem. The lower shock skid plates were removed, new small parts installed. The van drives like a dream again. Phew!All of this was completed in two days time. Phuk. “Was doing u joints on my 92 ranger and forgot which direction the splined yoke was oriented in, the guy who picked up was immediately able to give me advice, didn't need to spend 10 minutes getting transferred or any nonsense.
