“OH MY GOD I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM ALL THE STARS IN THE UNIVERSE.
I would feel 100% comfortable sending my wife/sister/daughter here by themselves because they will 100% treat you fairly and only recommend what your car needs.
So the story starts with your typical dealership experience- I came in for my 60k service and the dude wanted to charge me $900 in maintenance.
So I called Chan, they were literally half the price so I made an appointment and showed up and they told me I didn’t need ANYTHING done and refused to take any money from me!!! They even took me into the back and showed me everything the dealership told me I needed to work on. The mechanic even showed me what the brand new fluid looks like compared to my “worn out” fluid (yes it looked brand new as Chan auto had said)”

“God is this place good. I've taken a beater truck here that I've owned for 25 years to get repaired many times, when other shops don't want to bother. And I've brought in a brand new 3/4 ton to get customized to the point that my wife almost left me. In both cases (one vehicle I just wanted budget-friendly, effective repairs, and one where I wanted to go big), the repair and customization solutions they recommended and performed were incredible. There shouldn't be a place that can do flawless bread and butter repairs reliably and affordably, but also do exotic builds where budget is less of an issue. But that's what this place is. I would probably leave my wife for John's, except it's a shop and not a lady. And I'm not sure the marriage would hold up on paper.”
“Overall good service. They squeezed me in for a last minute oil change and tire rotation before a big trip, which was much appreciated! It was ~$150 total, so on the higher end but not unreasonable. They also didnt try to upsell me on anything. The woman who works the front is super friendly and helpful. I did notice a few things were off that showed maybe it was a bit rushed. They didn't replace the sticker on my dashboard, and when I went back in said they were having issues with the stickers. They also left my high beams on, which I didnt notice right away and could have drained the battery if I hadn't caught it later that evening. And there was a strange goo on the top and side of the car- maybe it got parked under a tree with sap and I hadn't noticed. The first time I noticed it was when I picked up the car. So overall it was okay, but maybe some small details could be addressed for a better overall experience.”
“I was having an intermittent problem with my AC and I needed to get it fixed before my daughter moved with the car to LA in a few days. I had taken my CR-V to my regular mechanic. Estimate was almost $800 and possibly more if this did not correct the problem. A friend of my wife recommended Eduardo. He was able to see me the next day, had the same level of certainty, and it cost $330. Eduardo is knowledgeable, kind, fair, thorough, and just a real good person. He has earned my future business, and I feel good about supporting a true small business. He’s got a single bay but no need to judge a book by its cover. Eduardo is the real deal”
“Floyd was great. Cares to show you everything he finds. Fair, reasonable and honest. Had an oil leak turns out it was just a bad plug, and I had the wrong oil specification. I was thankful they were honest. They found a few more things to keep an eye on. Will be back. No more 10 min oil change places. Not worth it.”

“after being a dealership-only customer with my previous vehicles, i purchased a 2020 XC40 T5 and brought it to Swedish Motors for the first time to check for sunroof leaks after not getting the answer i wanted from the Volvo dealer.
i was blown away by the kind staff and the pride and care they take when it comes to Volvos. being a Volvo guy myself, this was definitely a breath of fresh air. they always take care of my Volvo correctly and answer any questions i have.
not to mention, when i had a loaner that gave me some trouble, they went out of their way to help me and swap it out.

My Toyota had an oil leak, and he explained the situation and honestly told me it wasn’t worth spending a couple thousand dollars on the repair.
