“I can’t say enough good things about Gunbarrel Animal Hospital. Initially, I chose this vet based on where I lived as it was only about 5 minutes away. The quality of care there was so good I’ve continued to use their services despite moving farther away and being closer to many other vet offices. We have been clients for about 8 years with a few different pets and have received excellent routine care as well as emergencies (ACL tear and surgery), cancer and end of life care, and the occasional unexpected issue. We typically see Dr. Feller who is absolutely fabulous and has earned my full trust when it comes to my animals. She always explains things in full details and lays out options for care so an informed decision can be made. I’ve also seen other doctors when care has been needed ASAP and always received excellent care. Additionally, the vet techs and front desk staff are always friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. “I have been going to Uniquely Cats for a few years now, with my two cats so this review is long overdue. I have been so impressed with the care I have received at Uniquely Cats. The staff are welcoming and genuinely care about their work and of course, cats. It is in the name, but they really understand cats' health like no other vet I have been to. If you've ever been to a specialized doctor that goes above and beyond with the way they read your lab work, this is what Uniquely Cats does for your cat. The detail to which they read the lab work, understand symptoms and behavioral changes, are all impressive. I see Dr Weronika and beyond the wonderful lab work readings & veterinary care, she is so gentle and patient with my cats. She and the staff in back have a way of making my cats feel very safe and comfortable. They are both still fearful but by the end of the appointment, my cats are acting more confident and like oh, that wasn't too bad. Their veterinary care from the room choice and more is tailored to cats, and I am so appreciative to have found them. I appreciate that through detailed labwork readings, and really thorough appointments I have had with Dr Weronika, I genuinely trust my cats health in the hands of Dr Weronika and also all of the Uniquely Cats team that are behind the scenes that have helped with my two cats healthcare. “Been taking animals here for over a decade. They have done everything from basic dog and cat care to surgery on my elderly rabbit to grooming (beak trim) on my large parrots to diagnosing and treating parasites on my large tortoise.

Whenever my dog gets into something I feel confident I can have her be seen within a few hours, and then still have her be thrilled for a day of daycare the following week. And when my cat broke his foot one summer they were able to see him every week for 6 weeks to reapply his hated cast/bandage, no matter how much he hated them by the end.

“This is the first time I’ve ever had to take an animal to a best and I can say this was definitely a smooth a confident experience overall. I have an ornate box turtle who has been a little sluggish lately and not coming out of her covered shelter. Turns out it’s just a little too cold in her enclosure and we have to switch some things up in her environment. Today she seems a lot more active and alert. Dr. Sofia and her assistant Shannon we both very helpful, informative, and gentle with her care/nail trim. I’m confident Dr. Sofia knows what she’s talking about because she has experience with her own box turtle as well. Sounds like they will be able to get me on the right path for my turtles good health later down the line.”
