“Ok. So this past summer, I was in desperate need of a windshield, and I needed it within 10 days as I had a trip out of state, and my windshield was literally shattered. My insurance company "referred" me to a big box name company, and after three days of calling to get an appointment, they told me it would be 7 WEEKS before they could get me in. Yeah, not going to work for me... so I looked online for a local glass company and came across Dependable. I called and spoke with one of the owners, Jen, and explained my situation. Although they too, were busy and booked out two weeks, they said if I could bring my vehicle to a location where they had another replacement, they would squeeze me in - 5 days later! Now THAT is what I call AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! So on that day I met the owners Jen and Marc, and Jen replaced my windshield in a matter of minutes. Then Marc noticed my firefighter plates and when I handed him my deductible, he handed it back and thanked me for my service, and said they give discounts to emergency service workers! Who does that anymore???? DEPENDABLE AUTO GLASS... that's who! So, all I can say, is if you need a windshield, support this local, family owned business, whose owners do an amazing job, are super friendly and go OUT OF THEIR WAY for their customers...
