“WOW.. amazing service! I decided it was time for me to get a set of winter tires. I decided to stop in to Utopia rather than the other tire shop across the street which has horrible reviews. I was not disappointed.. I was greeted by Ray who is super friendly and professional. I explained to him what I was looking for in a new winter tire. He asked several questions in order to match me with the perfect tire for my needs. He gave me a recommendation and I stated that I needed a little time to do some research. It ended up that his recommendation was indeed the best tire for my car. There was no pressure or bad attitudes when I explained that I'd like to do some more research prior to committing. Scheduled an appointment, was greeted with the same friendly smile and attitude. It is obvious that they truly care about your needs and safety and are not trying to sell you just "anything" to make a dollar. My car was in and out with brand new tires in speed time. I waited in the comfy lobby while the tires were installed. Free wi-fi, complementary coffee, a TV and pet friendly. What a great experience with Utopia! They are now my "go to" auto services of any kind. It's such a pleasant change from all the other businesses that want you in and out so they can collect money and be done. I came in with no appointment and the guys had me in and out within a couple hours. Turns out I just had a lot of ice buildup under my car.
