“Rented a touring setup here for my first ever backcountry experience - two nights at Section House hut! Eddy was helpful with selecting the proper boot and helped accommodate my preferences for fit. He also talked me through deciding on the right ski for this trip. Unfortunately my shift binding gave me trouble and wouldn’t lock the pin in place; but when I explained this to the tech upon returning my gear, he inspected the binding and didn’t hesitate to fully refund me for the trouble. He said it was super rare that the binding was acting that way, so I wouldn’t hesitate to rent again from this shop… I felt they were very knowledgeable, and understanding in trickier situations.”

“It began raining HARD and I was looking for an umbrella. Stopped in here to see if they had any (they didn't) but was directed to a rack that had incredibly affordable raincoats that are of great quality. I ended up coming back to scoop some for my family who weren't even with me on this trip because of how awesome they were! The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, and even though they were very clearly busy took the time to help me with finding the sizes I was looking for. Would recommend to anyone looking for affordable and great quality souvenirs.”

Once inside Danny and Sam got right to fixing things, the zipper turned out to be damaged beyond repair but Sam offered some great alternative options for repair and replacement and I just have to say how satisfied I am with the service and help that you get from this brand and this store specifically! “everyone here is great. Set an appointment up the day I got to Breck for new boots. They took their time and had me try on a few different pairs till we found the one that was the closest to perfect. I skied on them for a few day there was one spot that needed a little more adjustment. Called and went in the same day and they took care of it. They are the most comfortable ski boots I’ve worn. Do not hesitate to go a racer’s edge.”

“You cannot beat these views!! The Vail Pass was not open yet so Mountain Wave dropped us off in Copper Mountain and we rode a 7 mile bike pass from there to Frisco. It was an easy ride, with plenty of photo ops, & an incredible way to end our trip! The staff at Mountain Wave were all so friendly, kind, & professional. Truly good people. Our kiddos are ages 12, 9, 6, and 3 and Mountain Wave made sure they all had a bike that fit them - even our little guy! He said “weeee” pretty much the entire time! Haha We truly loved it & highly recommend this company & the bike pass we did. I’m sure the Vail Pass is even more amazing if it’s open! Thank you, Mountain Wave!”
