“Go early bc it is a bit of a process getting fitted for boots and checking out all the equipment. But it was a smooth process and the staff was helpful and friendly. Make sure to return your rentals by 9 am the day after your last rental day to avoid charges, we were a little late returning but they were accomadating and did not charge us. Right next to the beginners slope so it is a very convenient location. If you are a beginner/ first timer you might not need to buy the lift pass. The beginner slope does not need the lift pass. We did not know that so we bought 2 day lift passes and ended up not using them at all so it was money down the drain!”

“I came into the store because I was having severe pain in my left boot - boots purchased elsewhere 3 weeks ago Cody scanned my foot, sold me a custom orthopedic insert - punched out the area that was bothering me I left a happy camper and have skied all morning with zero pain and way more control over my skis Staff was very nice and committed to help the customers in the store while I was there FYI - I work at Keystone in Mountain Safety and ski 10 hour days - comfort is critical to me being able to perform my job This place it the bomb!”
