“What I love about the property is how tucked away and quiet it feels, although you are close to a myriad of shops. The number of paths for walking the doggo, and the activities offered by the city, many also within walking distance. The grounds of Marquis Town Centre are well kept; and their maintenance team is phenomenal. They help in the moment, if they are able, have always been professional. and above all, kind. Keep up the good work, team.”

“I lived here about a year ago for 2 years. The maintenance crew is amazing and so helpful. Any time I stopped a maintenance employee, I was treated with the upmost respect and any questions or concerns I had were escalated appropriately. One particular employee experience I had with employee Nick was so helpful! He went above and beyond for myself during my lease and other people in my same building. After discussing with my neighbors, we all had nothing but positive experiences thanks to him. Apartments are so luxurious, sharp, and left me with an amazing first impression. My standards were exceeded with crystal clear pool year round. Definitely a plus!
They were undergoing management changes last I checked after I was looking to move back. I hope Nick is one of the ones that stuck around after any staffing changes. Cannot say the same about the property manager or leasing agents. They have gone through 3 agents just while I was living here and overheard mistreatment to one of the maintenance employees.”

“Great service and staff, always attentive to our needs and any small maintenance is handled right away — excellent team here at 355. Strongly recommend this place (also very unique location). Make sure you understand the utility costs carefully though! These are completely on you as renter (including some uncommon ones) so be sure to ask about them in detail. Well worth it overall.”
