“I’ve been working with Nicole Mahecha, I have never experienced a leasing agent offer so much wonderful customer service as she has! I have just renewed my lease and not only does she do an amazing job during the leasing process, but when there are issues to solve as a tenant, she is always there for us. She has proven this time and time again, I am so happy that she is part of the Curate team! I have never experienced this level of customer service in my life!”

“I honestly can’t say enough positive things about IMT and the incredible team here. I have lived at this community for 8 years, and throughout that entire time, I have felt truly at home. The staff has consistently gone above and beyond to make this a great place to live, and I am incredibly grateful for everything they do. I especially want to recognize Stephanie, Nick, Emily, and Rigo for how amazing they are! I enjoy stopping by the leasing office just to talk to them. I feel like I can talk to them for hours, they are so great! They are always friendly, responsive, and willing to help whenever something comes up. After 8 years, I can confidently say that choosing IMT was one of the best decisions I’ve made, and I would absolutely recommend this community to anyone . Thank you to the entire IMT team for everything you do and for making my experience here such a positive one. Five stars without hesitation!”

“The complex is quiet, everyone’s mostly friendly, stays clean and most of all the individuals in the office tie it all together. Denise is wonderful, she’s always a delight and happy to help. Pablo is another rockstar we appreciate so much. He’s always nice and also greets us with smile. Those two have made our experience here at Ezlyn top notch whenever something may go wrong or be an inconvenience. They both truly go above and beyond. Thank you for taking care of the place we call home for my family and myself.”

“Brandi is an exceptional Community Manager and a true asset to The Brodie. Every interaction I've had with her has been positive—she is professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping people. It's clear that she takes pride in what she does and works hard to create a great experience for everyone she works with. The Brodie is lucky to have someone as dedicated and personable as Brandi leading the community!”

“I have been a resident of Arbour Commons since September of 2023. Though the unit I wanted wasn't initially available, AC staff worked with me to transfer to a preferred unit ASAP! This unit was important to me since moving in and AC was communicative and helpful before, during, and after the transition. The few times I have had maintenance issues, staff promptly addressed them (including a water issue at my old unit and an HVAC issue at my new unit). I feel comfortable that I can receive prompt assistance when needed at AC, which is incredibly reassuring. Additionally, I had an apt. lockout issue in September (*I was doing too much at once...!) which Asst. Mgr. Mathew J. promptly took care of. (Thanks again, Mathew!) Finally, the area is fantastic! It's safe (in my 3+ years here) and many shops are within walking distance (making the rent cost fair in context). I find it nice that I don't have to drive to pick up a few essentials at Target, or enjoy an outing at the movie theater (AMC). 5/5 stars! I would highly recommend Arbour Commons to anyone interested in leasing in the Westminster/Broomfield area!”

“I’ve lived here for around 4 years. I have never had a major problem where anyone from the office couldn’t help me. I think it’s pretty quiet unless the kids are outside playing and what not which is normal . They’ve always been treated good and respectful. Thank y’all !!”
