“I honestly can’t say enough positive things about IMT and the incredible team here. I have lived at this community for 8 years, and throughout that entire time, I have felt truly at home. The staff has consistently gone above and beyond to make this a great place to live, and I am incredibly grateful for everything they do. I especially want to recognize Stephanie, Nick, Emily, and Rigo for how amazing they are! I enjoy stopping by the leasing office just to talk to them. I feel like I can talk to them for hours, they are so great! They are always friendly, responsive, and willing to help whenever something comes up. After 8 years, I can confidently say that choosing IMT was one of the best decisions I’ve made, and I would absolutely recommend this community to anyone . Thank you to the entire IMT team for everything you do and for making my experience here such a positive one. Five stars without hesitation!”
“I’ve had a great experience living at Arbour Commons Apartments. The amenities are a big plus, and the location is convenient for daily needs, because almost anythign you need it walkable.
The assistant manager, Matthew, has been especially helpful throughout my time here. He’s always professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents’ concerns. Any questions or issues I’ve had were handled quickly and efficiently, which makes a huge difference.”

“The complex is quiet, everyone’s mostly friendly, stays clean and most of all the individuals in the office tie it all together. Denise is wonderful, she’s always a delight and happy to help. Pablo is another rockstar we appreciate so much. He’s always nice and also greets us with smile. Those two have made our experience here at Ezlyn top notch whenever something may go wrong or be an inconvenience. They both truly go above and beyond. “I’ve lived here for around 4 years. I have never had a major problem where anyone from the office couldn’t help me. I think it’s pretty quiet unless the kids are outside playing and what not which is normal . They’ve always been treated good and respectful. Thank y’all !!”
