“The apartments are nice to live in the office is getting everything in order now hopefully it stays this way, yes they have had issues with the office people but getting better. I have never had a problem with maintenance they try their best to get to the work orders in a timely manner. The laundry room is always a mess the washers and dryers are always going out and it takes them forever to come fix them. I don't do laundry here because I've had issues with kids/teenagers unplugging the machines while I was using them and then there are times that people leave their clothes in the machines.Thank you for being my home for 9 years now.”

“We have lived here just over a year now and so far we have had 0 problems with management or the community! We love our apartment! I have a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom and it's very spacious and clean. Neighbors are nice and property is clean. I've read a few of the other comments and honestly I have been lucky enough to have had nothing but great interaction with both property manager and assistant manager. They both have went above and beyond to help me during some tough times and have been nothing but professional and courteous! Everyone has their own opinions and experiences but I will tell you mine have been nothing but positive and I would recommend this property as a nice place to live! Thank you!”

“To be honest we had no problems living here. Application process was a breeze and we moved in a week. Management and maintenance were great. Things I didn’t like were the people smoking right outside their door instead of away from the building and finding cigarettes everywhere. Also some of the tenants not picking up after their dogs or not leashing their dogs( I stepped in dog p*** twice). Despite that it was nice living here and they have security patrolling. They are a 5 minute walk away from the light rail and bus stations. They have a lot of convienence stores/restaurants that you can walk or drive to. Downtown is 15minutes away.”

“where should i start? the management team here is incredible they go above and beyond for their residents, the most professional ive seen in any apartments it is very evident they take pride in their job and actually care as they are exceedingly helpful and on top of everything that is needed their response times are immaculate and they are always ready to answer your questions or resolve any issues, the maintenance team is amazing they respond quickly and get jobs done fast extremely professional and polite. this is by far one of the best and most comfortable complex's i have lived in, property is very clean and well kept, the area is very quiet and calm, i work all different hours, not once have i ever felt unsafe walking around the complex even late nights or super early mornings, they have great security that patrols the property, i highly recommend these apartments for anyone looking for their next home.”
