Knowing I was from out of town and without transportation, Patty even took the time to drive me to a nearby coffee shop to get some work done and pick me up once my inspection was finished.
I have never experienced customer service of this quality in my life, and I feel lucky to have had the conversations I had with this group of people. I'm grateful for the thorough car inspection, but even more grateful for the things I learned from being around them.

“I went to get my 2017 Chevy Colorado AC re-charged, and I could not be more happier with the rate that they provided to me. In addition to the great rate, they had a coupon online for all new customers, so they were able to honor that as well. I called multiple locations to get quotes for recharging my AC system, and they by far were the best deal that I could find around the Denver, CO area. I highly recommend them if you are needing to get anything specalized such as recharging an AC unit, they were great and fast, they had me in and out of the door in just under 1 hour, very impressive and FAST! I highly recommend them, their rates are fantastic and will be hard to beat!”

“I got a new set of tires from here a few weeks ago and had a great experience. I was able to get them put on same day and didn’t need to wait long at all. A few weeks after I got my tires, I got a large wire lodged in my tire. It was right before they closed so I called and they said to come on in. I had gotten there 5 minutes after they were supposed to close, but they insisted on getting me patched up so I didn’t wake up with a flat tire. I was getting ankle surgery the following day and wouldn’t be using my car so this was a huge favor that they did me that I was so grateful for and it was covered under the warranty of the tires! 10/10 experience and I’ll be staying a customer of theirs due to their phenomenal customer service and expertise.”

“Ben goes above and beyond for his customers. I stopped by a different mechanic for a repair on my Range Rover and they quoted me $1200 for a starter motor. Ben was able to diagnose the issue and found out the issue wasn't a starter motor and it was simple as a new car key. He is the only car mechanic I would trust. “After a search of someone to repair and service our 2006 H—2 Hummer; we came across 5th Gear and never had any issues. We knew our budget and we are very satisfied with our newly acquired behemoth! We wished the could have placed on our grenade gear-shifter. However, possibly liability they didn’t want over their business. I would suggest you take your business here. “Bought my new snow tires with them and got it replaced. The in-store staff was great. My one bad experience came from the online purchase not transferring clearly to the location. I had bought my tires during a rebate sale and an additional discount, however, the workers didn't know this and I had to show them the receipt since the system didn't show any additional discounts. Otherwise it was a fine experience.”
