Bill and Brently at the front desk were incredibly helpful, professional, and honestly just great guys to work with. They made the whole process easy and actually enjoyable — which isn’t something you usually say about car repairs. They’ve got a good sense of humor too, which helps when you’re dealing with vehicle stress.
Big thank you to Taylor, the technician, for patiently answering what felt like my 1,000 questions. He took the time to explain everything in detail, didn’t rush me, and made sure I fully understood what was going on with my vehicle. That kind of transparency builds real trust.

“This is place has truly very honest and trustworthy mechanics! I am a former customer of Mountain View Auto(EAS new name) they are not trustworthy they kept finding things wrong I never left there without paying 1k, last straw was when they said my air didn't work bc I needed a new HVAC box 3k!!! I brought my car to Hal ck'd it out it was low on freon.!!! And it didn't cost me 3k! My air conditioner was recharged runs so good it freezes me out. Hal is very honest he will tell you what's going on how much and won't tell you it NEEDS to be done unless it does! If you’ve beed looking don't look any further this is the place to be! “Miles York is probably the most thorough, knowledgeable and attentive customer service representative that I have ever encountered in my 68 years! I expect the repair to be done perfectly because that is literally the one job of a car repair shop. It’s often the customer service that can fall short. Miles York is exceptional at his job. I very much appreciated all of the status reports along the way, and the fact that my repair was completed a day ahead of schedule was the icing on the cake for me. I highly recommend and would like to thank Miles York and Caliber Collision for a fantastic car repair experience!”
“Gary took a look at my Forester, which had an exhaust leak. He diagnosed the issue very quickly and took the time to show me exactly where it was occurring, which I really appreciated. Since this wasn’t a repair his shop specializes in, he referred me to another shop that works on turbo Subarus and even gave me a spare gasket to bring with me so they could see what needed to be fixed. He did all of this at no charge.
Overall, it was a great experience and I was really impressed by the professionalism and integrity of the shop.”

“Took our Honda Ridgeline in for the recall notice. Staff was all very friendly and welcoming. Service advisor was efficient, friendly and got us checked in at the scheduled time. We usually brace for additional recommended service but were pleasantly surprised when the truck was returned without any suggested extra service. Service center is very clean and staff very helpful.”

I live in the apartments right across from Rick's auto repair shop, and he and his team of mechanics always treat me well whenever I bring in my 2018 Toyota Camry SE! I've visited Rick several times for an alternator replacement, a water pump replacement, and to have new rotors and brake pads installed. Rick and his team always complete the work quickly, and I get my car back the same day! Other repair shops tend to charge way too much for these services, but not Rick—he offers fair prices for all the repairs you need.”

“I cannot even begin to express how good jin and his Shop is. I had a 2014 Ford F150 with a 3.5 eco-boost. The motor had locked up on me and the dealership quoted about $26,000 and my warranty company would not pay to fix anything. The owner Jin got back to me very quickly about a quote that was extremely reasonable! About an 1/4th of what the ford dealership wanted. Offered me payment plans, etc. I gave him the green light start work on the new motor and within three days it was totally finished running and driving. Emma and his guys do great work! Highly recommend this Shop.”
