“This store has great individuals from Arron on down. Every individual has a great attitude from Arron to the cart pushers. I have a medical condition that causes me to need to ride mobility devices, I have systemic lupus, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, complex regional pain syndrome also known as suicide disease, prythee neuropathy, and lock knee syndrome, which makes it hard for me to ride an electric shopping cart because my knee will lock out in a bent position and I have an electric skateboard and a trailer that attaches to it for my service dog and to put bags on. The store management is very welcoming to that and helps me where I need the help.”

“Had a surprisingly pleasant shopping experience here. I've apparently gotten used to lackluster service at retail stores (I get it, employees are often burn out and understaffed, etc) but that was not the case here. Everyone I talked to was very attentive and felt like they genuinely wanted to help me rather than being too pushy or too aloof. It reminded me of what department store shopping felt like when I was a kid and people flocked to malls more. I also got a great pair of shoes and they had a great, well stocked selection. When checking out, there were no questions about getting their credit card, joining some rewards club, or having to put phone numbers in just to check out. Nice and straight forward. I've definitely been sleeping on dillards and would come back again.”
