“This two stores are connected from the inside, you can enter through any of the two entrance, there's a lot to see and shop, from clothes, shoes, and home decorations, only thing is there was three cashier open at the time I was thereand the line was very slow and long, other than that it wasa good experience shopping there.”

“I went here for plus size clothing. I was so sick of JCPenney always out of my size! There is a whole section devoted to plus sizes. I did have to try on. I had a customer service ask if I needed assistance. You never see anyone at JCPENNEY to help you. I did find some short sleeve shirts. I was very pleased. I would like to go back for some pants. Nice, pleasant and kind customer service people. Great experience.”

I personally love the firearms department here and I'll just give an example of the exceptional service I just received today out of many others.
So, mother wants to get comfortable being able to protect herself and has some specific needs to be filled or learned with handguns. We went to the range earlier this week and quickly she found out she hated the handgun that she got years ago and never used. I said well I know the spot to go to really get some high-class, personal and knowledgeable people to help us out and that's westminster murdoch's! My mom isn't exactly the easiest customer to deal with for the problems we need solved and in comes frank when we walk up to the counter. He probably spent a good 30 minutes giving multiple choices and teaching my mother some tricks as well as what she should look for that may also be a concern. He knew his stuff, growing up with 2A I've got a decent amount of knowledge but frank knew EVERYTHING a woman needed to go through to make sure she's got the right choices to choose from handguns that possibly could save her life one day. This is the type of person that you know loves their job. He went above and beyond and really took time with her that I saw as priceless. She left with such a good comfortable feeling about a pretty heavy and overwhelming purchase. My mom and I are going to go to the range He recommended as he also knew most of the options were there to rent so she can hands on test them out. Without a doubt we will be back to buy her final decision and hopefully we get paired up with him again to full circle the experience but if we dont we know we're still in good hands with any of the guys. “I want to compliment Maria P who helped me find the right bras for a particular dress at the Macy's in Orchard Shopping Center. I think a lot of us struggle to find a bra that fits just right and comfortable, and as we age, minimizing what's showing. I also know that we tend to keep our bras Way longer than we should because going into a store to search can be quite overwhelming- too many choices. Enter Maria P, who previously worked for years at Victoria's Secret. Once I explained what I was wearing she immediately guided me to the most comfortable bra I've ever worn. Great experience with someone who really knew her stuff!”

“We had our newborn session done at the jc Penny portraits in Westminster and we were absolutely blown away by how amazing it was! We were paired with Stacy the photographer and she did a fantastic job with our 2 week old. She is so patient with the newborn and she has an amazing creative flair for the photos! We had no idea what to expect with our session and we could not believe how wonderful they turned out. Stacy is the absolute best photographer. She was so professional, polite, creative, and overall a wonderful person! I can't wait to bring my daughter back for more photos with her!!”

“I get a kick out of the Walmart stores. You go to different ones & get something the other doesn't carry except on line. Then on line that item may be out of stock or whatever. But all in all you can find a substitute for what you need. It's worth going & looking around. Nice staff in every store too.”

“I would like to commend this store and so many nice, helpful employees. I live not far from this Walmart so I am there at least once a week for many, many years to do grocery shopping, etc. Irene, a night greeter was especially helpful to me when I locked my purse with cell phone in the trunk of my car last week. It was at closing time and Irene was so kind to drive me home to get an extra set of keys then drive me back to Walmart. This went way above and beyond the call of duty. I have found so many helpful and dedicated employees there through the years, from the check out counters, to the service desk, to the greeters. They are always so efficient at the service desk!”

“Liz went above and beyond to help me! I was looking for a product that wasn’t on the shelf, but said in stock online. She informed me that it just arrived and hadn’t been unpacked. She found someone from the back to retrieve the product for me! I was very grateful for her help, as I would have had to go to a second store. She also came back to the isle I was waiting in and checked in on me multiple times with updates. Thank you so much Liz!”
“Link all other Walmart supercenters they're always busy and the staff is clueless and you're pretty much on your own if you can't find something but I don't see it being any different than any other Walmart other than that”
“It is bright well lit good selection and there are enough staff working in the aisles to give you the help that you need when you are looking for it unlike some other super stores like Walmart where you have to hunt down somebody this target seems to have just the right amount of people and they are very helpful”
