So, so helpful! I used them for warranty repair on a Lenovo laptop once before and they were great then. Today I stopped in with an issue, and she was able to fix it on the spot... no charge! I'm sure they can't always do a no charge fix, but it sure made my day!!!! I would definitely go back.

We visited ProTech to see if they could assist a colleague whose computer was not responsive. The service was fast and friendly and they fixed the problem while we waited. It was not something we could have done ourself. We could not have received better support.
