“I've used this location for fixing screens on our phones before but this time I reached out to them to see about getting a new key and key fob for my recently purchased care. Jon, the employee I dealt with was very informative and honest about wishing he could help but not being able to because of the year and model of my car. He said their system was not able to support the programming. I appreciated his honesty and not wanting to give it a try. He made sure I knew there would be a possibility of the key I had no longer working if we tried. It says a lot about his character. Some people don't think about the possible consequences. “My very old iMac froze and wouldn’t fully reboot - time for a fix. Fallen Apple had stellar reviews so that’s where I went. The diagnostic showed that the hard drive was still good, it was other parts that quit - time for an upgrade. Caleb understood my work environment and bent over backwards to get me back in the game. Depending on my budget he seemed to have an option or two to offer. Ultimately I bought a refurbished iMac from Fallen Apple, Caleb loaded everything from my old hard drive to the new machine; once loaded he made sure it was up and running.
