I've had an account here for over a year. It's cool to be a part of local history by participating with NVB's small town personalized service. I've seen the lenders here go WAY out of their way to be helpful to people. The teller staff is solid as well.

This is an excellent bank that is focused on personalized service. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It's great that they offer a genuinely free checking account with e-statements.

This bank sucks. They actually miscounted ny money by $100 dollars in the banks favor. This bank is the worst bank in the world. If you value your money, avoid this bank.
