“So far I’m loving this bank. I’m a former customer with 1st bank (35 years) that merged with PNC. They are somewhat similar to 1st Bank. No fees which is a plus & they’re professional & friendly unlike PNC. Also I don’t need to show 2 forms of ID to cash checks or withdrawal money like PNC. I also got free checks too which is another plus.”

“I applied for a loan to refinance my car online. I got a pre-approval the next day and closed on the loan in 4 days. My rate went down from 7.5% to 5.34% saving us $340 a month. The process was easy and seamless.
I came in to the branch on 136th ave and met with Patty. Patty was ready for me when I came in and the whole process took 25 mins. She then reviewed my account and helped me open a high interest money account.

Daniel explained everything in great detail but never once made me feel like he was “mansplaining” banking to me - which I experience a lot as a young woman!
