Selected locations provide dog training, pet grooming, pet boarding, a doggie day camp, and adoption. Customers describe the store as very nice and clean, with adorable pets waiting to be adopted. Staff are described as awesome, helpful, and kind. One cat escaped from a carrier, but staff locked down the store and returned the cat safely. Store itself was great, but the cashier spent a lot of time chatting with the customers after they had already checked out...line getting longer with only one lane open. I think it's great to chat with the customers while there checking out, but don't continue a lengthy conversation afterwards. :)

This location has my dog's very specific prescription food. The staff is always kind and helpful.
