“Groomer did an excellent job of trimming my dog's nails. My dog makes it difficult to trim her nails - pulls away strongly. Groomer stuck with it and accomplished the job without hurting my dog or drawing blood.”
“Store itself was great, but the cashier spent a lot of time chatting with the customers after they had already checked out...line getting longer with only one lane open. I think it's great to chat with the customers while there checking out, but don't continue a lengthy conversation afterwards. :)”

“Not as good anymore, has changed hands twice in the past year. Staff needs better people skills. This feels so corporate now.
Updated in 5/26, the staff has gotten to be much better with the current crew, they truly care about your animals and want to be helpful. I recommend them and will continue to shop here.”
