“During my recent visit to pick up a package on Wednesday, I was impressed by the professionalism and dedication of Tony, one of the security guards, as well as the QA team’s Mikey. They handled my package pick-up promptly and with clear communication, making the process smooth and stress-free. Tony in particular went above and beyond—juggling multiple tasks such as checking in/out vehicles, moving personal belongings through the checkpoint, and still taking the time to personally support me with my package needs. His commitment and energy really stood out, and I felt genuinely appreciative of his effort.
Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed somewhat by the stark contrast in professionalism from the other security guard present—a younger, larger man with curly hair. Throughout my entire time in the security area, he remained lounging and absorbed in his phone, never once acknowledging me or assisting his colleague. His demeanor and lack of engagement gave the impression that he was at home relaxing rather than on duty in a professional environment.
It was difficult not to feel sympathy for Tony, who appeared to be carrying the vast majority of the workload while his coworker disengaged completely.
Overall:
•    Tony and the QA team: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – Professional, attentive, and dedicated.
•    Other security staff: ⭐⭐ – Needs significant improvement in professionalism and work ethic.
I hope management recognizes the outstanding work being done by Tony and the QA team, while also addressing the imbalance so that all staff uphold the same standard of service.”
