“This was from a ebay purchase so I had never used this company before I liked how they contacted me before drop off to set up a drop off day.. I called to see if my transmission would be dropped off at the mechanic but it wasn't there I called to see what was going on the lady had told me they where behind and said they'd get it there the next day to call at 8am to get it on the truck for delivery the next day came and it finally was delivered I'd say it was OK but very nerve wracking as my car was at the mechanic and was waiting on a $500 dollar product.”
