Alena had already told me they didn’t have it, but after I went into the dressing room, she actually went out of her way to search the entire store just in case. “I had a really delightful time at Chico's! Cheryl (maybe Sheryl) spent an hour helping me find a few outfits to wear for my new job. She really made me feel seen and appreciated as a person, which made me feel so good. Cheryl figured out my style and encouraged me to try different things to see what else might look good. She could see that I was sticking around the clearance racks, so she did too!I really felt like I was shopping with a really knowledgeable friend, or maybe even my own mother. I found a lot of clothes that looked great on my short but curvy frame. I look fun, youthful, and professional, and everything I tried on was COMFORTABLE! I went in to buy one outfit and I came out with three, all because of the wonderful help and customer service I received.I would definitely recommend this shop to a friend. “Ten months later, I still appreciate the outstanding service I received. Unfortunately, I don't recall the associate who assisted me, but she was exceptional. During my first visit to White House Black Market, I was looking for a dress for my mother's funeral. The associate's empathy and support made a difficult experience easier. “Liv and Edie are the best. One magical day I cruised in here looking for some special work attire. Something to help me stand out in a good way and get noticed at a new job. These girls really took care of me and made me feel special. Liv went out of her way, while I was in the dressing room, cruised through the whole store, and brought me back a complete outfit that was absolutely perfect for me. In the 15 minutes I spent shopping around, I couldn’t have found the pieces she did and put together so nicely!!! Edie was super emotionally supportive and both girls changed my life for the better. “Came in to pick up a shoe we ordered online. There were new and more experienced employees helping each other. They're all welcoming, and asked about our day as we waited.
Zain was helpful in picking a shoe afterwards as well, showing us the size and availability. We came back to order in person, and they were helpful with that too.
David's the manager was helpful as well.
Overall, enjoyed the experience and would come again.”

“I'm not sure where the Fuego comes from because the sign clearly says Attic Salt. It's a nice novelty store, similar to hot topics, and the Hallmark stores but on a smaller scale. They have lots of toys and knick knacks. Some funny, whole some sarcastically humorous. Staff is great, generally focusing on transactions but often asking how people are doing. Well worth the drop-in.”

“Came here after reading reviews and didn’t get the same experience. Juan was very helpful, got multiple different shoe sizes from the back for me and checked on me in the fitting room. There was also a blonde girl whose name I didn’t catch. She was very sweet and helped me figure out a different shoe style to wear with my dress. I can’t speak for the other employees but those two were great!”
