I was having issues with my pick up order, their phones went down, I live an hour and a half away and they were the only store that had my items in stock, and she personally reached out to me and was texting me keeping me informed on my order and helped me get it all straightened out. “Went in thinking they’d might have snow boots. They didn’t but hubby was able to get shirts he needed (he’s super picky). And a belt. The worker helped him for a long time finding him just the right belt. Very happy will be back! Super nice.”

“My "normal" experience here is the aisles torn apart, kids everywhere line out the door. Today was great! Only one screeching baby, shelves were orderly, walked right up to the register, staff were cheerful and outgoing. The one time there was no wait I left my wallet in car lol My cashier had everything bagged and scanned when I returned, and was still nice and friendly-wish I had got her name to give her a great review too.”

“A great place to buy stuff at a reasonable price. You will have to search! Most stores are quite a mess. If you are looking for something specific, you may want to browse here first as it would be much cheaper than other department stores. Ross stores have gotten a bit more chaotic over the last few years, but still a good place.”

“Don't be fooled, this is a multi-vendor market place for craft made and boutique items. We didn't realize how big it was until we entered the facility. Wow! I think we spent about 2 hours walking through the entire thing. Many unique and interesting items here as well as local made wares. I highly suggest this store(s).”
