As this was a special order of beetle kill pine I was discouraged to find RML distributor had sent them/me several bad boards. I reached out to Ray and he promptly took care of me. The level of professionalism and help in resolving the issue was very much appreciated. Even though we had an issue that was out of our control Ray quickly made it right!
