“I highly recommend 4Rivers Equipment in Strasburg! I called a couple weeks ago after finding out they are a Thunder Creek Equipment dealer, to see about getting a new axle on my fuel trailer. Eliza and her team were able to tell me exactly what axle I need for the trailer and got it on order that same day! Megan also kept in touch during the shipment process and got me on the schedule right away. Dropped the trailer off Tuesday afternoon and they called first thing Thursday morning and said it was ready to get back to work. Thank you all very much!”
“They were efficient but would not give me an itemized sheet for part cost or labor. Also they drained my ac and wanted 200 to put it back in. That's called theft. They did a great job and are friendly but because I'm out of town I think they are being crooked. Really no itemized sheet and I now have no ac now. Edit!!! They acted right. Took me in and fixed the problem. So that is good!”
