“I traveled over 50 miles. This was the closest cable store. Customer Service told me since I was not on the account. No information could be released. I was directed to go into local office and show my power of attorney. I was able to disconnect the cable service. I would like to recommend to come up with another solution to not inconvenience a customer. I recommend to scan documents to a email address or fax documents to a fax number or offer to send a copy of documents to a designated address. With today's technology what about Zoom. What made this situation difficult is the services was in another state. In all the staff was professional and efficient. Also the store on the inside look great. I would recommend to add couches or chairs for the wating customers. Please adjust your business hours to reflect normal business hours.”

“The customer service is stellar. While we were there the customer service reps were diligent with helping another customer who had lost their spouse and had lost access to his phone ( and his passwords!!). Can you imagine?!? The staff made calls to customer service and assited her in such a warm and empathetic way. They were adequately staffed We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door our rep was efficient knowledgeable and very personable.The store was neat and tidy and had a casual professional feel. Highly recommend.”
