“The battery to my BMW died, i called Titan and they had me in the same day. After the diagnostic, I had to replace the battery and needed my annual oil change. I also asked for a full look over since I was planning on a long distance trip and figured I might as well get it looked over while there. They topped off my tires and replaced the battery to my fob, everything else was good and I just needed the 2 services. They fixed up my vehicle and they gave me peace of mind. Awesome customer service, the young gentleman who help me was very nice!Titan became my go to place for their service and prices, always felt the dealership service tried to upsell me on everything and over charged me on the services they provided. After, Mason one of the workers, inspected my car he noticed that my brake pads were bad and gave me great advice on why I should get them changed right away. Had my 4runner in for routine oil change and they do a full inspection with pictures to let you know what they see. My 2004 4runner had no issues except to replace air filter and they let me know my front brakes were low. I told him I will change the air filter myself and I will schedule to get my brakes done soon. Rob didn't try to sell me anything extra and completed the oil change. Done in about and hour and half. “This place is amazing. First time in and I was highly impressed. I feel like they weren’t trying to sell me on things that weren’t actually wrong with my car. I feel most places try to do that especially as a woman so it was refreshing to not have that happen. They have a system that will explain all the issues wrong with your car and well as pictures and I really enjoyed that as it can be confusing to know what parts they’re talking about when giving a diagnosis. Everyone is so nice. I talked with Jonathan and Roger and both solid people. Thankful for their help and will definitely be back when I have other car probs (hopefully not anytime soon though ;) )”
