The general manager and gentleman at the front desk were both incredibly helpful explaining my options, costs, and issues. I believe they actually care about the service I received and making sure the car was taken care of, but not OVER taken care of, which is unusual these days in any industry. The owner, Corey, has an excellent attitude and provides great customer service. While I didn’t get a chance to meet the technician, Wyatt, the work done on my car was top-notch. What impressed me the most is their transparency—they provide detailed information, including pictures of the issues they find. They also clearly explain what repairs are urgent and what can wait, which builds a lot of trust??.

“Many thanks to Jeff, Bree, and team and Autoimage 360! I would describe the work performed as meticulous expertise! I have had work completed here multiple times and I have a confidence that the work required will be carefully analyzed and the best solution applied. Most recently, I had wind damage to my vehicle. Jeff walked me through what was required to get the work completed well and exceeded his anticipated due date for completion.
I had prior repairs here as well for hail damage on one of our other vehicles. One of the large chain shops quoted cutting panels off and replacing them as part of their repair process. They, fortunately, had parts arrive damaged and then never called me back. When I inquired, they had not reordered the parts and had lost our information on the work needing to be performed after full turnover of staff at their facility. That’s when I found Autoimage 360 and I proceeded to have Jeff inspect our vehicle and he performed PDR work to restore the vehicle completely without replacing panels and losing our factory paint. The finished result was nothing less than excellent and back to new!!
I have complete confidence in the honesty and expert work at Autoimage 360.”

“My check engine light came on so I took it to the Volkswagen dealership. They told me that it needed $2.7k in repairs. The car was driving fine and I felt uneasy (the report said outdated code). A friend recommended EAS tire and auto. I came here hoping for a better experience and I GOT IT! They said I didn’t need anything the dealer recommended but showed me a belt that was cracked ($300) which wasn’t on the report. It’s been a long time since I was happy getting my car fixed.”

“I just needed to add an update. INC wasn't able to get ahold of the discontinued tires I wanted, so I was begrudgingly forced to take my car to Big O on Arapahoe for new tires. When they finished, they said they couldn't do my alignment because my rack and pinion needed to be replaced first. EXCUSE ME? That requires lifting the engine and is over a $3000 job! I took my car back to INC Auto and they took a look. Guess what? NO problem with my rack and pinon ...but I need a new tie bar, which is about $600 to fix. BIG difference. My (well intentioned, poorly informed) husband takes his car to Big O, so we have a rapport there. NOT anymore! We will BOTH be exclusively using INC Auto from now on. This just reiterates my distrust in most auto repair shops and why I love INC's transparency, clear communication, and HONESTY!!!

I have had issues with SO many different auto repair shops, but INC Auto is my forever mechanic from now on! It is run HONESTLY, they do right by their customers, they're reliable, the owner only hires the best staff, the pricing is fair, they stand behind their work, the employees are happy, and I've had nothing but excellent experiences there...and I've been going for 2 years now. I will never take my car anywhere else! I'm so grateful for them.”

“Christian Automotive truly went above and beyond for my family. My daughter is stranded in Colorado and their team was so kind, patient, and understanding of the situation. They helped her with a shuttle back to her friend’s house while they diagnosed the vehicle, and then followed up with a very thorough inspection and explanation of what was going on.

“One tire blew, everyone was closing, I’m on a donut, most places are closed on tomorrow- Sunday. I Was at Costco, they weren't even sure they could get me in AND they said they had to change ALL 4 tires for my two wheel drive. Found BIG O TIRES and Josh got me in. They did say both tires in the back should be changed not necessarily all 4. They also, didn’t try to sell me the highest price tires. So far, so good…... Currently waiting for my car to get a new set of wheels. If you don’t see an update, all was well after lol…Thank you Josh!”

I had some work done on my car by a different company and let’s just say, it was below standard, and unsafe.
I went to Brakes Plus hoping they could help fix whatever the last company did to my car, and they not only fixed the issue, actually “issues”, but they exceeded my expectations with their exemplary customer service. I felt like I had known them for years. Not only were they transparent, honest and just GOOD caring people, but Joselynn actually recommended I change my tires as they were super low on tread going into winter. I knew they were but I just didn’t want to part with money. I thought about the safety of my children being in my car and said let’s do it. So whilst I was there, John said if I call up Discount Tire, we can run the wheels over to them and have them changed whilst my brakes were being done. John offered to take me in his personal vehicle to get these tires of mine done, because it was EASIER FOR ME! I mean talk about going ABOVE AND BEYOND!
I had new rotors, brake pads, alignment, windshield wipers and an oil change done and my god, my car feels brand new again, and most of all, SAFE!!
Ben worked on my car and he was such a GOOD person and technician.
Whilst I was there for around 5 hours getting all of this done, I would overhear customers coming in saying how other places are charging them ridiculous prices and services, and can they check it out. One of the customers for example I spoke to said a place was quoting around $5000 for some work, Brakes Plus found the issue and it wouldn’t cost nowhere near $5000, also the issue they quoted wouldn’t have even really fixed it. These days we need to take care of our money, people ripping us off left right and center.
John, Joselynn, Ben and team will have your back. If you want to pay a good price and know it’s good quality work by people WHO ACTUALLY CARE, trust me and go see them!!!

“Good pricing and prompt service.. I did notice that the Febi Bilstien dpf pressure sensor replacement part had a very similar made in Malaysia label to the half price ones on scamazon, although it does have a legit looking box for what thats worth.. now the oem ones on my car also do not have any VW markings, vw part numbers or a manufacturer I recognize (vemo?) so who knows? I will say it looks quality, it works no issue, and it's a quarter of the price of an OEM one / the swap out is about at hard as checking your oil, which is why I rolled the dice here in the first place.”
