The general manager and gentleman at the front desk were both incredibly helpful explaining my options, costs, and issues. I believe they actually care about the service I received and making sure the car was taken care of, but not OVER taken care of, which is unusual these days in any industry. Glad to get serviced here.”

“Above and Beyond!!!! I missed my exit heading south on I 25. Got off the freeway and realized I had my second flat of the day. So no spare and I was very frustrated obviously. Limped it to this Big O Tired. Avery was the young man working the front desk. I was in a little bit of a situation and he truly helped me out, and got me back on the road. It was close to closing time also. So I can't say enough about these men at this shop. They know what they are doing, they all have manners, and are hard working. I will definitely be a customer for life whenever I need tire service on this side of town. I really appreciate the help!!”
“After asking the Hyundai dealership about fixing an electrical glitch in my 2015 Sonata and getting a $250 quote to “take a look,” I called Solar Automotive. They fixed a simple switch problem and charged me nothing. Zip. Zero. Solar now has a new customer and advocate for a company interested more in service than gouging someone’s pocketbook.”
“Took my finances Jeep in to receive an oil change. Was met with Danny who is a perfect example of excellent customer service. He took care of the vehicle, and his team did an excellent job inspecting my car. Big O had a system where they show you everything that is right / needs fixing on your car and it explains why it is important to fix and shows photos of where and what is broken Or needs maintaining. I will definitely be back thank you Big O.”
“UNBELIEVABLE! After 3 years of taking my truck to Autonation for a recurring issue with my power step, I dropped my truck off (2019 Ram 1500 Limited) after my wife suggested Elite Import, They call an uber for you, I get home, take a nap, wake up and it is fixed? Can this be true? Not only is it true and has worked from the time I picked it up without fail, but they also found the issue of why my brakes were causing a shaky stop. Repaired front brakes, oil change all in a day. Joey, Cory, and Zach are who I worked with here and they are all not only incredibly professional, but also communicative and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. I will never go back to a dealer after having such an amazing experience. I still cannot believe they fixed in an hour or so, what a large dealership could not in 5 or 6 trips over 3 years. THANK YOU ELITE IMPORT AUTO REPAIR! Family owned is the only way to go. Better service, care, quality.”

Other shops tried to use the scare tactic but Jeff spoke to me like a friend and after he did all the tests, he made the best recommendations. These are the guys who want taking care of your vehicle. “Many thanks to Jeff, Bree, and team and Autoimage 360! I would describe the work performed as meticulous expertise! I have had work completed here multiple times and I have a confidence that the work required will be carefully analyzed and the best solution applied. Most recently, I had wind damage to my vehicle. Jeff walked me through what was required to get the work completed well and exceeded his anticipated due date for completion.
I had prior repairs here as well for hail damage on one of our other vehicles. One of the large chain shops quoted cutting panels off and replacing them as part of their repair process. They, fortunately, had parts arrive damaged and then never called me back. When I inquired, they had not reordered the parts and had lost our information on the work needing to be performed after full turnover of staff at their facility. That’s when I found Autoimage 360 and I proceeded to have Jeff inspect our vehicle and he performed PDR work to restore the vehicle completely without replacing panels and losing our factory paint. The finished result was nothing less than excellent and back to new!!

“I just needed to add an update. INC wasn't able to get ahold of the discontinued tires I wanted, so I was begrudgingly forced to take my car to Big O on Arapahoe for new tires. When they finished, they said they couldn't do my alignment because my rack and pinion needed to be replaced first. EXCUSE ME? That requires lifting the engine and is over a $3000 job! I took my car back to INC Auto and they took a look. Guess what? NO problem with my rack and pinon ...but I need a new tie bar, which is about $600 to fix. BIG difference. My (well intentioned, poorly informed) husband takes his car to Big O, so we have a rapport there. NOT anymore! We will BOTH be exclusively using INC Auto from now on. This just reiterates my distrust in most auto repair shops and why I love INC's transparency, clear communication, and HONESTY!!!
I have had issues with SO many different auto repair shops, but INC Auto is my forever mechanic from now on! It is run HONESTLY, they do right by their customers, they're reliable, the owner only hires the best staff, the pricing is fair, they stand behind their work, the employees are happy, and I've had nothing but excellent experiences there...and I've been going for 2 years now. I will never take my car anywhere else! I'm so grateful for them.”
