“I just needed to add an update. INC wasn't able to get ahold of the discontinued tires I wanted, so I was begrudgingly forced to take my car to Big O on Arapahoe for new tires. When they finished, they said they couldn't do my alignment because my rack and pinion needed to be replaced first. EXCUSE ME? That requires lifting the engine and is over a $3000 job! I took my car back to INC Auto and they took a look. Guess what? NO problem with my rack and pinon ...but I need a new tie bar, which is about $600 to fix. BIG difference. My (well intentioned, poorly informed) husband takes his car to Big O, so we have a rapport there. NOT anymore! We will BOTH be exclusively using INC Auto from now on. This just reiterates my distrust in most auto repair shops and why I love INC's transparency, clear communication, and HONESTY!!!
I have had issues with SO many different auto repair shops, but INC Auto is my forever mechanic from now on! It is run HONESTLY, they do right by their customers, they're reliable, the owner only hires the best staff, the pricing is fair, they stand behind their work, the employees are happy, and I've had nothing but excellent experiences there...and I've been going for 2 years now. I will never take my car anywhere else! I'm so grateful for them.”
“Took my finances Jeep in to receive an oil change. Was met with Danny who is a perfect example of excellent customer service. He took care of the vehicle, and his team did an excellent job inspecting my car. Big O had a system where they show you everything that is right / needs fixing on your car and it explains why it is important to fix and shows photos of where and what is broken Or needs maintaining. I will definitely be back thank you Big O.”

“Really happy with my experience here. Purchased a Saab 9-3 knowing it needed some work, but I'm not too familiar with Saab's so I wanted a second opinion on what I thought was wrong and what would be the more urgent items to fix. Glad I took the car here, they found a couple of items I was not aware of, and were able to advise me on what to do right away and what to hold off and schedule. The repairs I did have them do, they took care of right away. Very fair pricing as well, especially being a specialty shop.”

“Sean and Jonny thoroughly have impressed me. Took the car in for a mistake I made with an AC recharge can, and they explained everything they would need to do to check the system to make sure it was ok.
After doing the work they did, they took the time out of their day to explain that when doing any fluid check for the vehicle, they have test strips to for sure tell you if you need to replace them.
The transparency from this auto shop was out of this world and prices were great. I will be going back as a customer.”
“Honest run shop that doesn’t try create problems to make more money. Did the diagnostic for free and has my AC blowing cold again for a good price. I’ve run into some scammy shops over my years of living in Parker and this is not one of them. You can trust the price and trust the work that you get for it. Wouldn’t recommend anywhere else in the Parker area.”
“These guys are certainly ford specialists and Nick is a unicorn in the automotive industry. It’s difficult to find a mechanic that is as knowledgeable, has the finesse and cares about his service. He has the trifecta. I’m a helicopter pilot that works in step with mechanics on a daily basis, and I understand the process.
If you in the Denver metro area and are “on the fence” about having your rig serviced, drive the extra time and take it here. I had diesel shops in Golden, Wheat Ridge and Littleton yank me around on diagnostics with faulty solutions that would’ve equated to excessive time and money. Nick figured it out in a day!”

“Extreme Auto Repair is THEE place to take your car for any and all your car repairs.
I was dealing with some issues that Mieneke in Colorado Springs compounded several times from a small coolant leak into a smoking engine, complete loss of coolant, a broken belt, and two toes. To say they were less than incompetent would still be an understatement.
However, extreme auto repair and everyone there from reception to mechanics to management took extreme care and time with making sure my vehicle was evaluated and put back in working condition. They took the time that was needed to do so as well as making sure nothing was wrong before calling me and telling me I could come pick up my Jeep….unlike Mieneke and their confused employees.
I will definitely be back as long as I live in Colorado and will/would recommend this shop to any and everyone that needs any sort of vehicle repair.
Thank you to everyone at this shop who for taking care of me in a stressful time. Extreme auto is 10 out of 5 stars in my opinion.”

Not only did they fit me in that day, they did a thorough inspection with report and photos and walked me through every bit of it. At a reasonable price I might add. “We were provided an estimate to address a significant oil leak. The work would be extensive, and we were on a tight timeline for the truck. I received an unexpected update. Upon further review, I was told the work to address the actual oil leak was far less than expected, and the cost would be a fraction of what was estimated. This also resulted in us getting the truck back on the road much sooner than anticipated. Thanks guys!”

The general manager and gentleman at the front desk were both incredibly helpful explaining my options, costs, and issues. I believe they actually care about the service I received and making sure the car was taken care of, but not OVER taken care of, which is unusual these days in any industry. Glad to get serviced here.”
