“This is a second review from the info below. I worked with Trenton this week. Two cars in two days for oil changes. He was super helpful and nice. And got me through the service each day as quickly as possible.
I was left very satisfied.

The general manager and gentleman at the front desk were both incredibly helpful explaining my options, costs, and issues. I believe they actually care about the service I received and making sure the car was taken care of, but not OVER taken care of, which is unusual these days in any industry. Glad to get serviced here.”

He took care of the vehicle, and his team did an excellent job inspecting my car. Big O had a system where they show you everything that is right / needs fixing on your car and it explains why it is important to fix and shows photos of where and what is broken Or needs maintaining. “I had an amazing experience with Andrew, I went down to get a new set of tires. Installation was quick. Long story short I had installed the drag link wrong, so I took it off and put it back in properly. Decided since service street was closer I'd just have them alignment, the told me they would need to removed all front end components to make sure they were installed right before the would do the alignment. Needles to say I was pissed. So I took it back to big o tires, and they were more than happy to do it. I told them my story with service street in Highlands ranch, and work shocked at there attempt of blatant theft. BIG O did the alignment for free. 11 out of 10 recommend seeing Andrew down at Big O Tires on south University. They went above and beyond to make my experience as good as it could be. Thanks again!!!!”

“I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Brakes Plus, and a huge part of that was because of Vinny, the General Manager.
From the moment I walked in, Vinny was professional, welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. “After high quotes ($3K-$4K)from 2 different repair shops for a bald passenger tire with only 5,000 miles on it, I went to Big O for another estimate and found out all I needed was new ties and an alignment. The shop was wonderful and accommodating. Shout out to James Cole for having it all make sense.”

“I had an issue with my front suspension. Brought vehicle in to Keller Bros. They replaced the control arm and ball joint. Margret Keller, one of the founders, text me the next day and ask how the repair was. I replied that I wasn't sure. Car ran smoothly after the repair, but i notice a bit of noise in the left front end (may have not notice it because it was new or because of the racket the control arm and ball joints were making). She said I should bring the car back and talk to Chris, the General Manager. When I called he already knew about the problem. Brought the car in. They found a crack in the left front Steering Knuckle. He said it was rusted and cracked, and he didn't know if it was already there, or they might have damaged or made it worse during the initial repair. He gave me (the customer) the benefit of the doubt and under their 36 month warranty, they replace it, no charge. Chris was great, and the car is running smoothly. I'm definitely impressed with their genuine concern and flexibility as well as taking responsibility for something that may or may not have been related to the original repair. They have my trust, a most valuable asset”

“Just moved into the neighborhood and they were very close by. I needed an oil change and did an inspection on my car at 100 k and let me know of all the things that were dangerously in need of updating. I did my due diligence and shopped around. Pro Auto Care was the best priced, professional and clean and friendly.
UPDATE: I've gotten a new-to-me used luxury sedan and they are extremely knowledgeable about this car. They even talked me out of a modification I wanted to add to my car because it would not be a good move in the long run. They could have done it and taken my money, but they educated me and I appreciate that.”

“Extreme Auto Repair is THEE place to take your car for any and all your car repairs.
I was dealing with some issues that Mieneke in Colorado Springs compounded several times from a small coolant leak into a smoking engine, complete loss of coolant, a broken belt, and two toes. To say they were less than incompetent would still be an understatement.
However, extreme auto repair and everyone there from reception to mechanics to management took extreme care and time with making sure my vehicle was evaluated and put back in working condition. They took the time that was needed to do so as well as making sure nothing was wrong before calling me and telling me I could come pick up my Jeep….unlike Mieneke and their confused employees.
I will definitely be back as long as I live in Colorado and will/would recommend this shop to any and everyone that needs any sort of vehicle repair.
Thank you to everyone at this shop who for taking care of me in a stressful time. Extreme auto is 10 out of 5 stars in my opinion.”

He was very thorough with his inspection and went over everything with great detail, letting me know what needs to be replaced and why without being overly pushy trying to get an upsell. I was in and out in less than an hour. Best customer experience I’ve had at any Discount Tire thanks to Ethan and will be returning to this location again!”
“I was having a minor issue with my tires .I searched on Google for auto repair shops near my home. I found this shop and I needed them to take a look. They were incredibly patient, asking me to wait while they completed the inspection. Afterward, they reassured me that everything was fine with the car. The entire process took them nearly half an hour, and I am truly grateful for their help. In the end, they didn't charge me a single penny. I have to give them my highest rating; if my car ever has any issues in the future, I will definitely come back to them.”
“Traveling from Southwest Colorado through the mountains to Centennial was a scary ride for me last Friday. I was recommended by a friend to Jon. If you want someone that practices their trade with excellence and integrity this is the place to go for auto repair. I don’t even live in this state and just got lucky enough to be a little over a mile from him. He replaced front bearings, rear brakes, oil change for me, which was due. And then checked all fluids, including transmission, drained everything out of the front differential which what I understand is for the 4 x 4 in my truck. What he drained out looks like white green gunk because there was water in that oil, I had no idea. He sent a sample of what he drained for me to take back, and recommended I have my mechanic look at the front differential. After draining it he replaced the oil for me in the differential. Did not charge me for any of that differential work. cleaned the underside of my truck just so they could work. It’s a farm truck and it was pretty nasty. Made copious notes for my mechanic. Brayden, his son, and Jon Are you go to guys for auto repair. They’ve been in business 42 years auto repairs is just like anything else you’re going to purchase. You’re either going to buy the best and know it’s a very good product or you’re gonna buy the cheaper one and replace it again in six months to a year. I chose the best and so glad I did!”
