“This is a second review from the info below. I worked with Trenton this week. Two cars in two days for oil changes. He was super helpful and nice. And got me through the service each day as quickly as possible.
I was left very satisfied.

The general manager and gentleman at the front desk were both incredibly helpful explaining my options, costs, and issues. I believe they actually care about the service I received and making sure the car was taken care of, but not OVER taken care of, which is unusual these days in any industry. Glad to get serviced here.”

“I had an amazing experience with Andrew, I went down to get a new set of tires. Installation was quick. Long story short I had installed the drag link wrong, so I took it off and put it back in properly. Decided since service street was closer I'd just have them alignment, the told me they would need to removed all front end components to make sure they were installed right before the would do the alignment. Needles to say I was pissed. So I took it back to big o tires, and they were more than happy to do it. I told them my story with service street in Highlands ranch, and work shocked at there attempt of blatant theft. BIG O did the alignment for free. 11 out of 10 recommend seeing Andrew down at Big O Tires on south University. They went above and beyond to make my experience as good as it could be. Thanks again!!!!”

“Nice independent shop that only sells you what you need and always provides written quote for you to approve. Just had a car there for some work and I ran into an issue with picking it up when done and they offered the possibility of bringing my car to me. I was able to get it the next day but man, that's service to me. Thanks guys! Also great waiting area with snacks and drinks!”
“From the first call, Tiffany listened and responded to all my cars needs. Scheduled appointment for following day. Easy to find location with key and information drop-off box. Tiffany kept me apprised of main issue as well as other issues mechanic found. Quotes were so reasonable. With such good reviews, decided to have all fixed. Very clean and engaging shop and office. “I've been here 2 times so far after having really bad experiences at another nearby shop. This second visit they fixed a broken wheel stud and diagnosed and fixed 2 issues that I've been trying to fix myself for the last week. They found the issue quickly and resolved the loose parts at no extra charge. Everyone I've dealt with has been extremely nice and they provide great communication. Shout out to Kenny and the others I've worked with so far.”
“Extreme Auto Repair is THEE place to take your car for any and all your car repairs.
I was dealing with some issues that Mieneke in Colorado Springs compounded several times from a small coolant leak into a smoking engine, complete loss of coolant, a broken belt, and two toes. To say they were less than incompetent would still be an understatement.
However, extreme auto repair and everyone there from reception to mechanics to management took extreme care and time with making sure my vehicle was evaluated and put back in working condition. They took the time that was needed to do so as well as making sure nothing was wrong before calling me and telling me I could come pick up my Jeep….unlike Mieneke and their confused employees.
I will definitely be back as long as I live in Colorado and will/would recommend this shop to any and everyone that needs any sort of vehicle repair.
Thank you to everyone at this shop who for taking care of me in a stressful time. Extreme auto is 10 out of 5 stars in my opinion.”

They were incredibly patient, asking me to wait while they completed the inspection. Afterward, they reassured me that everything was fine with the car. The entire process took them nearly half an hour, and I am truly grateful for their help. In the end, they didn't charge me a single penny. My dad has a business with several business vehicles he always has them serviced at this location and I’ve never had to wait to get work done which is super helpful.
