“Brad was very knowledgeable with our 10+ year surround sound system. Was able to fix the problem with two speakers not working quickly. He then took the time to explain the best calibration for our specific living room setup, what our upgrade options are, and then figured out a completely separate sound system in the basement. He is professional, quick, and respectful of other's space as he cleaned up after himself and made our space look better than he found it. Would highly recommend Soundings and Brad specifically!”

“Always friendly, I've never experienced a rude person working here. I have however seen customers being rude to the workers in which case I would say just throw the customer out and have a better day. It's understandable that the workers get frustrated with customers that open the door and walk in looking to complain and make a problem where there wasn't one before. Great job keeping the rest of us happy. As a customer who sometimes drives past 2 other 7-11s to go to this one because they greet and welcome when they can and aren't busy with another customer. Always smile and a thanks for coming in. Best service a customer could ask for, Thanks.”
“First time shopping at this location. For a snowy day, my experience was good. The associates that I encountered were pleasants and had smiles on their face.. Busy at work, didn't see any staff members on their phones. The store was organized and clean. Didn't see a lot of merchandise on the floor. Will definitely visit when in this area.”

“A HUGE thank you to Ike, Jeremiah, and their manager Tristan!!! I came in wanting to start a new phone line for myself, and everyone was so helpful throughout the process!
First off, Jeremiah was very transparent when helping me pick a plan that suited my needs best. I did have to leave and grab my wallet, so when I came back, Jeremiah was busy. His coworker, Ike, finalized the process and made everything so seamless and put up with my cringy jokes ? Their manager Tristan was SO helpful throughout the process, he's a super sweet guy with his charismatic greeting at the door.
I'm so happy with my GORGEOUS new Samsung, the Verizon app is so easy to use (I was able to add my smartwatch at home in less than five minutes!!!)

“The SmartLife team did a very small upgrade on our existing home Audio system. We had a strange experience of having the zone speakers dropping from stereo to mono, without any good explanation. Despite a very heavy schedule of new home installation and delivery (which I imagine is a huge undertaking with the groups they work for), they came by, identified the issue (which was one they had never seen before) and had it resolved. Thank you very much for your attention to the little guy!”

“I visted the Verizon store last week for help upgrading a phone. The woman in front of me was clearly having a bad day and complained about everything from her phone not working to her husband's health conditions to the difficulty she had finding the store and coming through the roundabout. The young man who managed this customer relationship handeled it with incredible grace and excellent customer service. He was quick, kind, and responded to what he could help with (obviously he can't change the ingress!) to a customer who clearly couldn't have been made happy. I didn't catch his name, but he deserves a shoutout. my own expereince was also positive, but I wanted to review the interaction I witnessed more than my own. Wat to go to this Verizon in store team!”
