Apple Aspen Grove is a clean store with friendly and helpful staff. The team is patient and gracious, answering questions and solving problems, including difficult or irritating technical issues. While the store can be busy and service a tad slow, appointments are seen on time. Staff do not try to upsell and provide good advice. The overall experience is smooth and efficient, allowing customers to be in and out quickly. The surrounding outdoor mall is noted for being clean with a big variety of shops.
Its an apple store. I am there for long enough to get my needs met, if you like apple probably its fine

Wanna give a special shout out to Patrick, showed up on launch day September 18 and he went above and beyond to help me out, I can tell when a person is genuinely trying to help , he is probably one of the best there and more people should take his example.

Joan did a great job representing the company. I was greeted at the door and attended within in seconds I was able to be in and out. This was not the case in previous apple stores. Great customer service!
