“I took my camera in that had stopped working for them to see what happened and get it fixed. I had to pay a small fee for them to look into it. They did - and found out what was wrong and advised that the part to fix it isn't manufactured anymore. They sent the camera back to the store and even refunded the fee they charged for the investigation. Would highly recommend going to this store for your camera needs.”
“I have used Primeflex for my label needs for almost a decade, they are the most consistent and knowledgeable label provider I have used. I have very specific roll size requirements and artwork that changes regularly and they nail it every time. John and Amber are both great but you cant go wrong with anybody there.”

“Spoke with Eric. He informed me that Amazon does not allow you to track their packages. However, if you have a package, you have not received a refund from Amazon yet. You need to call them and give them the date that you sent. The package returned when it was accepted by whomever and they will issue a refund to you. Thank you so much Eric. “After a very disappointing experience at the UPS store on 8200 A Quebec St in Centennial — where the staff were unhelpful and unwilling to assist with even basic tasks — I came to this location and the difference was night and day.
Kody was absolutely incredible. He was kind, professional, and truly went above and beyond to help me. He listened, understood the situation, and took care of everything smoothly and efficiently. His attitude was warm and welcoming, and he clearly takes pride in his work.
