“It's rare to get good customer service anywhere anymore, but every time I need to do my banking, I receive some of the best at this branch in the king Soopers in Castle Pines. Karen Helped me a ton with a mistake from employer and a check he wrote out wrong, and then there is Chris, (My wife and I call him Schmitty, the character from New Girl) who is always smiling, calls me by name, and shakes my hand after every transaction. This is my Bank, you should make it yours.”

“All the previous reviews were when this location was a BBVA branch. BBVA is no more since it was bought out by PNC which is a much more robust financial institution. PNC offers me more services and efficiencies as the 5th largest US bank. I'm delighted with the change from BBVA and am already refinancing my mortgage with PNC because Chase would not offer me, a long-time customer, a better rate.”
