“Justin has been my go-to mechanic for six years. Honest, prompt, communicative (by text) and fairly priced. No hard sell for things I don’t need - just the opposite. A local oil change place said I needed $200 transfer case fluid change. Justin’s team took a quick look and simply added a tiny bit of fluid. Prior to a 4k mile road trip Justin and Co. did a preventative maintenance service on my 100k+ Ram 1500. It was so comforting taking the trip knowing everything was in top condition.
The whole team is friendly and caring! I wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else!”

“I needed some work done on my Chevy 2500 I worked with Stone and I couldn’t be happier with the work he did. He Install a new driveshaft replaced my gauge cluster and did some suspension work and Got my emissions testing done. The whole time my truck was in the shop He was updating me on a regular basis. Definitely would recommend these guys for any diesel repair. Thank you for Work Stone I’ll definitely be back because of him! I would highly recommend this shop!!!”
“I was looking for a place to bring my 2006 Wrangler for a second opinion because I was frustrated by the “shop” I had been using. I have found it extremely difficult to find anyone to work on my Jeep without throwing parts at it. I found Wessbacker and was impressed by their reviews and called. They got me right in and Jason was very thorough and straightforward in the diagnosis. He fixed my Jeep and made sure there would be no surprises that could pop up. He also save me from an unnecessary repair I was quoted from the previous shop. I felt very comfortable with Jason and his knowledge of the challenges for parts and repairs on my old Jeep. I have had it since 2006 and have been refurbishing it after 2 sons drove it during high school. It will always be “something” with this Jeep but now I have a trusted place to take it! He was extremely fair on price and helped me out quite a bit on the final check. He even used some of his personal parts to make up for the ones I didn’t supply. He has earned my business and then some. Gotta go back and have him run a catch can.”

“Castlerock Ford Service & specifically, Gary, provided us the best auto service by a dealership that I have experienced in years. We made the mistake of taking our Ford F150 to another Ford
dealership in Littleton and it sat on the lot for two days without anyone ever attempting to resolve an issue. So we picked up truck and drove it to Castlerock Ford (CF). Gary had the truck in the shop for diagnosis same day, parts ordered and repair completed next day. You cannot ask for better service. Castlerock Ford is 40 miles roundtrip for me, so it is not convenient. However, I would rather travel the distance for better service versus absolutely deplorable service from another dealership less than a mile from my home. Thats how great Castlerock Ford is to my family. It’s worth the drive to have someone appreciate your business and have someone you trust working on your vehicle. “As an older citizen it is difficult at moments like a brand new tire that popped while going down the road at 70 miles an hour. I didn’t buy my new tires at Firestone but when I pulled into their shop I was greeted by the most sweetest gentleman named Anthony. He explained to me what happened to my tire and that it was defective. He said I purchased one of the best tires but it was a defect that was a hole in four different spots. He got the donut from the back of my car took the bad tire off and replaced it with the donut before I had two sips of coffee. He said you can be on your way now mam.
I couldn’t believe it when he said no charge to me!! How can I not give Firestone in Castle Rock a superior rate? Thank you again Anthony at Firestone!”

“I called them on Tuesday afternoon when I realized my spare tire was just as bad as my flat tire after spending money on a new hydraulic pump lift, chocks, and jack stands to take the blow out off myself and put the spare on. Lugnuts were rusted as hell, and flat tire was difficult to get off the bults. Finally get my spare down from under the bed and on. Then realized the spare was dry rotted on the wall, and the tread on the rest of the tires was more than half gone. So I started calling around to price and qoute tires for at least two, but really wanted to go ahead and replace all 4 as I do long,extensive hauls from show to show and felt all new at the same time would be better. Had an appointment with big 0 Thursday, but didn't feel comfortable driving on a so a dry rot spare tire until then. No luck with discount. So I called the local place last, and lord and behold, he found and qouted me all 4 new tires that were a better fit for my lifestyle and truck than discount and big 0. I rv travel from ren fair to ren fair so I need better tires than standard highway. Informed me that he was busy that day, but made a schedule for the appointment first thing the following Morning. He came to me at the campgrounds right at 8 am & Got all four tires, plus the new spare on the spare rim in less than an hour! At a great and affordable price! All of it for $750!! Even was able to take split payment between my credit card and debit card. I highly recommend thier services! Absolutely phenomenal ?”

They were kind, quick, communicative, and thorough. Even though the castle rock location’s front office is currently under construction, I still received the types of services I’ve been used to getting when visiting dealerships like easy online scheduling, they provided a more accurate estimated time for completed service, everyone was approachable, friendly, and efficient, and as of now everything seems to have been done well. I also appreciated the fact that my anticipated cost for services wasn’t far off and there wasn’t any pressure to elect additional services identified in the complementary diagnostics. I’ll be returning, thank you for a great experience!”
