Kyle, Ron and family make you feel not just a customer but a part of their family when you rent. They help whenever they can if you need anything. What a turnaround since they took over. I actually look forward to coming back and renewing every month.

Great customer service. We rented a group F SUV and the vehicle they gave us in that group was going to be too small. They switched us to a different vehicle right away for the same cost.
