“Quick in and out and on my way. One thing I wish Avis would address is being able to not have to go to the facility to sign documents every 30 days, it's a real inconvenience. This has been a long term rental, same car since last Oct 2023. Close & pay the current 30 day agreement and start another and allow customers to be able to complete this on-line. You have al the personnel information and the telemeter on the vehicle, you know where it is, where it's been, mileage, gas level, etc. Please consider and address this issue, especially for long term customers!”
