“Rented in STL and drove to Castle Rock CO with a car we discovered didn’t have cruise control. Amazing how much we depend on cruise control especially driving 12 hrs. Called the local Budget office (off Perry Street) and spoke to Kyle who said come right in and let’s get it swapped out. No hassle, no problems, just absolutely took care of us on the spot.
