“I rented a car from the Denver airport and after about 45 minutes of driving, the car popped up with a warning saying that I needed to pull over because there was a “12V battery charging critical fault”.
I stopped at this location in the Sheraton hotel and the employees were all very kind and helpful. They were able to get me into a new, properly functioning car quickly and get me back on my way.

“Customer service is top tier here. So glad I came to this location. Will definitely consider in the future. Only concern was with the vehicle that was rented. It was somewhat run down and engine made funny noises, but I also know that'sout of their control, so no lost stars for that. Team said they'd check it out.”
