“Steve Carpenter is the BEST!!!! I had some old pants that I loved couldn’t find it on website or anywhere. Found the store in castle rock co and Steve picked up the phone. Found me not only the exact pants but turned me on to the newest ones. So I ordered 4 pairs. The experience was seamless and customer service was OVER THE TOP!!!!

“Amazing staff. Was here yesterday with wife to pick out new jeans. Returned again today to do an exchange for size. Had the same sales person help me out. Did not catch her name (last 3 on ID receipt 845). They wore a backwards white hat. Anyways if you are management I would like to express how well she did. “It's an under armour store.... Nothing too incredible. However, they did have the cheapest shoes in the entire outlet for men. Paid half of what th shoes are online. I am going to try and go back again for the prices!”
“This review has mostly for Peggy. Whatever they’re paying her isn’t enough. She is by far the most helpful person I have ever encountered in a store. No exaggeration - she changed my life by taking the time to explain the nuances of various styles. The clothes are excellent quality as well. Are they expensive? Yes. The clothes are worth every penny, though.

“I was buying some shirts online and was having difficulty…they were running out. I was visiting the Denver area a week ago and decided to go to the Castle Rock store to see if they could help me.
Trinity and Chauncy, both dropped what they were doing and immediately started helping me with my order before Gap ran out of the shirts I liked. They were both so helpful and friendly to me and I hope management sees this review and thanks them. When I returned home to Hershey, Pa., the shirts were out of stock. Thanks Trinity and Chauncy…you rock!❤️”

“It's a bit further of a drive than any of the ones in Colotado Springs but I occasionally frequent it because they have a pretty big inventory and while it's a hit-or-miss based on when you actually show up, they seem to get some really good selections when they have stock. Got a bunch of nice pants in my last visit but there was less children's clothing inventory at the time.
Overall would recommend shopping at this location. Conveniently right next to the outlet as well.”

“Lots of stores. Might need a little more kitchen related stores. Clean. Be nice if they had a kids park or just a park outside. Food court is ok. In sunny or snowy days, you want some sort of roof as you go from shop to shop.Overall it's ok but they could have made a lot more friendly and put a couple parks and more cover.”
“This store is amazing. It’s huge and still has the wooden grain shelving which is really nice. All the staff were amazing when I went there and very helpful. Store was clean, easy to navigate and perfectly spread out enough for easy walking.”
“This is one of my favorite stores! Clothing variety is nice, and budget friendly! Waited for a fitting room for a bit, and staff noticed me waiting but didn't acknowledge it. After waiting, I did end up getting a fitting room which was clean and easy to use!”
