I went to the CR Outlets Lucky Brand today to do an exchange. While there, I also made a new purchase. Sales person Bella helped me with both transactions. She was quite helpful, with a professional and pleasant attitude. I enjoyed my Lucky Brand experience.

Came in to return jeans I ordered online. Bella was super helpful, knew where everything was, and was able to order the size I needed, shipped to my house! I also found a pair in store that I liked :)
