People I had talked to before her got disrespectful quick, just for asking them questions that made sense in my head, as if they were annoyed to have to help. Laura was the only one that really heard me out till the end of my story and made an effort to understand, she was the one who eventually figured out the order in which things had to go and took the time to really understand and lead me in the right direction. You can tell she’s really a people person. If you’re ever having a tough situation with insurance definitely request her, she’s an incredible worker!”
“I have been banking with Bellco since I graduated high school and I’ve always liked it and never had a problem. The past three months I’ve gone in to have an automatic payment stopped and each time I was told it’s canceled and I’m good and the payment has still come out. Today I went to the castle rock location and Laura, took the time to investigate what was going on and helped me figure out what the heck was going on.
