“Of course the sprinkler head cracked from winter weather. Our lawn is dying so we needed the sprinkler system to work. Rain was supposed to have come but it's been barely anything. The yard is so dry. Went to then the sprinkler on and it was leaking. He's handy so he took the sprinkler head off and called to ask if they had the part he needed. It's some name but I don't care enough to ask. Anyways, they said the thought so but to bring it down so they could look at it. We drove down and you can't go into the office because of covid precautions right now but there was a sign on the door that said to call them as they are open. So I did and Justin came right out to look at the part we needed. He had it - yay! And he had some sodering wire thingy we needed too. Yes, I'm not the handy one. I just write the reviews. Justin apologizes for us having to stand out in the drizzle but it was fine. He rang us up and we were on our way. Would recommend.”
