“Legacy Sprint Business customer for 20+ years. Upgraded the entire family to new phones and also upgraded the T-Mobile plan, and there were some challenges due to the carryover from Sprint. Customer Care (on the phone) couldn't seem to figure out how to get everything working correctly, so opted to work directly with the team at the Castle Rock store. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful during multiple store visits and were able to get everything working smoothly. In today's business climate where customer service seems to take a back seat, it's refreshing to deal with people who honestly care and want to help their clients. Very pleasant experience overall and highly recommend!”

“Tom with Mountain Peak was a lifesaver for our business. Our work computer laptop crashed and we were given the 'blue screen of death' over and over. I called him on Friday afternoon, he picked it up the same day, replaced the hard drive and recovered our data. We had it back again Saturday afternoon for the weekend. Very reasonably priced, I'm glad when I Googled "PC repair" he came up! Will use again if needed!”

“Xfinity mobile customer service via telephone is generally awful. I had an ongoing issue for about 6 weeks. Ryan spent a lot of time with me and with support to port over my number. He followed up and my service was finally corrected. This staff is far more helpful than tech support when you call.”

“A truly fantastic internet service provider. We moved to rural Castle Rock from downtown Denver a couple of years ago, and first tried a local satellite ISP which was absolutely terrible. We stumbled across Xtream just browsing online and had nothing to lose so we gave them a shot. We could not be happier - we have the 25mbps speed and it is more than enough for 5 people in a large home. Two of us work from home full time, and we can all simultaneously stream/watch TV/use WiFi with no issues.Arguably more importantly is their exceptional customer service. Every time I call, a live human being responds. Very courteous and helpful. Of course they suffer the occasional temporary outage, but we are immediately notified by text message that there is an outage and it is always resolved in 30 minutes max, usually shorter. Give Xtream your business - you will be ecstatic.”
