“My wife and I signed up for a new plan and we were told we were getting free phones. When my first bill came in, we only received partial credit towards the phones. Cherry looked up my plan and told me the plan only gives partial payment towards the phone. I am sure I was told they were going to be free. She said she would go get the manager from the back . Cherry asked if I’d like a bottle of water while I wait . Fortunately, the manager did remember me, and even though the plan I signed up for was only $900 towards the new phone the manager said she would put a credit towards my next bill . Cherry again asked if I wanted a bottle of water, it was so nice of her to show concern that it was hot out and I was on my bike.Thanks Cherry. I hope I see the credit in my next payment? The 5 stars goes to Cherry’s for showing some much empathy towards me and the manger- sorry I didn’t get your name or card for putting credit on my next bill.”
“Technician was on time, called me before he came and knew exactly what to do. He had all of the equipment and completed the indoor and outdoor portions of the job. He set up an ID and password that I can actually REMEMBER! Good job!”

“The staff here have gone above and beyond to help me when support is useless and keeps messing up my account... over charging or misinforming me. Yesterday I was in this store for 2 hours while they were trying to help me with an issue that support messed up. I went to the Twenty Mile store previously and the staff were terrible, so I started coming here. Collectively between in person visits and being on hold with Tmobile this month alone I have spent 16 hours trying to resolve billing and issues with my phone number that they gave away... that I've had for years..The staff at this location are the only reason I'm considering not changing to a different company, because I've had enough with the issues and 3rd party out of country calls wasting hours every month. These people deserve a raise 👏”
“Mia at the Parker Verizon store was UNBELIEVABLY helpful today! She resolved some technical issues I was experiencing with my phone after a recent Samsung update. She got it done approximately 15 minutes, after I had spent hours on the phone with customer service over the past month. If you need help, she is the one to see!!!”

“I do not understand why anyone woukd give this Internet service anything less than a top rating. Im sorry glad it is available in my area. Had Century Link for a long time. Hated it! Ting is always very quick and I've never run into issues. Well, one minor issue I just called their Customer Service about that had to do with my connection between my modem and router, which was just a problem w my personal device. Their customer service is excellent. The tech I spoke with was helpful, knowledgeable, and patient/friendly. Try getting that from Comcast/Xfinity. I pay $95 after all taxes and fees, That's competitive w the other guys for 1GB per second, whi h is really fast. They're running a special now. Bundle your mobile for $20 per line. We have 3 lines w TMobile and are paying $250/mo. I've had Ting for a few years. I always recommend it friends and family when the issue comes up. I guess I'm doing the same w you now.”

The castle rock store is great…clean, friendly, helpful.”

“We were attempting to upgrade some equipment and had terrible difficulty with telephone and online support. All they could do is identify problems without explanation and offer no solutions. Came into the store and while they Encountered similar mystery, problems, and persisted, and in a short while, actually identified and fix the problem and got our device working. We were helped by Diana and she was great!”

“I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile after 20 yrs of being with them. My reason for leaving them is my phone bill started at 178.00 and kept going up
To 206.00. I never ever added on to my I phone. Verizon knew that I had never added anything. My phone bill kept going up. I just did not understand why it kept going up ? No one from Verizon could tell me why ? So it was the final straw that broke the camels back. After switching to T-Mobile from Verizon my phone bill was $ 122.00. Wow ! That was the quickest drop in my bill. Another email mention $ 500.00. Wow ! They are jumping through hoops to get me back as a customer. Fat chance on that. I had a lot of help from Jesus & Daniel.
