Ninja Intensity is Castle Rock's premier ninja warrior gym, home to all the obstacles seen on American Ninja Warrior. The facility is huge and really great, with a lot of fun obstacles for all levels, and there are always new courses to challenge yourself. It is one of the best ninja gyms in the nation. The expert and amazing coaches are top notch. They help reinforce knowledge of obstacles and movements, set up courses, and show techniques. The gym accommodates elite athletes and is the perfect location for kids' birthday parties, events, or school field trips. You can sign up for classes that teach parkour and obstacle course training or stop into an evening open gym. It is the most fun way to work out and your gym to try out all your calisthenics, parkour, and obstacle course moves. Call to ask about the schedule of classes and open gyms.

12yo has been attending classes/team since 2023 but doing competitions here since 2020 & we LOVE the gym & the coaches! We drive from the springs & it’s always worth the drive, time, & money!
