“I came in with no experience or idea what I was looking for. I was very nervous I wouldn't get all the information ir get trapped into a bad contract or something. I was immediately greeted by the friendliest lady. She explained all the units, was very detailed in the process and what everything meant. She was very thorough. She was also extremely patient and kind to my very rowdy five year old. Very very happy with my experience. As a 20 something year old its very nice when people are patient and kind with all my questions and nervousness (very often most are not) Big shout out to Stephenie!!! The unit is great and im very happy with my experience.”

“There are two layers of having items stored through this family owned business: one is the cleanliness and the safety that comes with all of it! Two is how an individual is treated there, spoken to and the generosity that is extended. I recently was not able to get anyone to help me load items out of a storage unit into a U-Haul and without hesitation, I believe it was the father that came and helped me with a couple pieces that I couldn’t manage by myself. Everyone who works there has also been so generous to make equipment available when I need to move items from one unit to another so again for me it is about the safety and customer service extended!
