“I had a flat tire on I-25 and between cdot safety and then a tow company from my insurance company I still didn't feel like everything was taken care of. I drove to Big O tires and they were amazing. They looked at my tire that had blown and after assessing it realized it was not reparable. They looked at my bizarre space saving blow up tire the other people had put on the car and they made sure it was inflated and appropriately placed on the rim (it wasn't when I came in) so I could get back up to Denver. Then he wouldn't take any money. I am so so thankful and so appreciative of their help.”

“I have a 14 year old Honda Odyssey that my kid drives, so it is essential that the work done on it is thoughtful, not hurried and it is safe for her to drive. Les Schwab recently replaced the front two worn tires with some tires I had at home. Luckily they were the same type of tire as the rear tires. I sent my 18 year old daughter in with the car. They were patient with her, took the time to make sure that the tires I brought in could be used, did not try to needlessly sell her tires we didn't need. They also replaced three over torqued lug nuts and one broken (from being over torqued) one and took the time to fix my terrible alignment.I appreciate their honesty, their respectful treatment of my 18 year old daughter, and their hard work. I feel confident that my kid now has a safe ride. Thank you! I will be back!”

“The staff was extremely friendly and explained everything to me in detail. They treated me with courtesy and respect (something other mechanic shops often lack with female customers). Jake also quickly got me estimates and sent them to my email so I could look them over. They also made sure my vehicle was safe for travel. The reason for my visit was due to some sort of vehicle malfunction— my back drivers side wheel was completely locked up , I originally took it to Les Schwab because they had done my brakes two months ago and I was certain it was a seized caliper (the wheel started to rotate after unloading it from the tow truck). When Les Schwab found nothing I took it to this shop to have the axel looked at, they also found nothing wrong with the axel and no code to identify the cause of the problem. I still applaud these gentlemen for doing a thorough look over to ensure my safety. This was extremely important to me as I put a lot of mileage on my car and am often driving on the highway at high rates of speed.”
