“As an older citizen it is difficult at moments like a brand new tire that popped while going down the road at 70 miles an hour. I didn’t buy my new tires at Firestone but when I pulled into their shop I was greeted by the most sweetest gentleman named Anthony. He explained to me what happened to my tire and that it was defective. He said I purchased one of the best tires but it was a defect that was a hole in four different spots. He got the donut from the back of my car took the bad tire off and replaced it with the donut before I had two sips of coffee. He said you can be on your way now mam.

“It was a good experience but I'm always annoyed when they show me the picture of the dirty engine filter. I just need to vent because it's a $5-$10 filter (at their cost). in the time of opening the air filter compartment, taking the picture, and negotiating with us, the shop could do us a solid and just change it out. Included in the oil change cost.”

We brought in a Chrysler Town and County to be reviewed for an oil leak. He identified the source of the leak (an d oil filter housing housing) within two hours. His quote easily came in $400 lower than other shops in the area. He had it fixed within 24 Hours.
While the shop does not look like much, it’s what happens inside that matters. And, what happens inside is quick, quality, reliable work. We will easily be taking our cars here for future issues, when the arise (as only does with cars and homes).
