“The service I received from Pep Boys was outstanding and far exceeded my expectations. We initially called someone else to our home to replace a dead battery. They couldn’t do it as the positive terminal was so corroded. After starting the car we drove to Pep Boys to see if they could fix it. As soon as I spoke with Patrick, I felt better.
