“This is a second review from the info below. I worked with Trenton this week. Two cars in two days for oil changes. He was super helpful and nice. And got me through the service each day as quickly as possible. I was left very satisfied. That’s what she said. Previous review from 2024: The general manager and gentleman at the front desk were both incredibly helpful explaining my options, costs, and issues. I believe they actually care about the service I received and making sure the car was taken care of, but not OVER taken care of, which is unusual these days in any industry. Glad to get serviced here.”

“Took my finances Jeep in to receive an oil change. Was met with Danny who is a perfect example of excellent customer service. He took care of the vehicle, and his team did an excellent job inspecting my car. Big O had a system where they show you everything that is right / needs fixing on your car and it explains why it is important to fix and shows photos of where and what is broken Or needs maintaining. I will definitely be back thank you Big O.”

“Extreme Auto Repair is THEE place to take your car for any and all your car repairs. I was dealing with some issues that Mieneke in Colorado Springs compounded several times from a small coolant leak into a smoking engine, complete loss of coolant, a broken belt, and two toes. To say they were less than incompetent would still be an understatement. However, extreme auto repair and everyone there from reception to mechanics to management took extreme care and time with making sure my vehicle was evaluated and put back in working condition. They took the time that was needed to do so as well as making sure nothing was wrong before calling me and telling me I could come pick up my Jeep….unlike Mieneke and their confused employees. I will definitely be back as long as I live in Colorado and will/would recommend this shop to any and everyone that needs any sort of vehicle repair. Thank you to everyone at this shop who for taking care of me in a stressful time. Extreme auto is 10 out of 5 stars in my opinion.”

“I took my Volvo to the dealership first and got quoted a crazy amount. It was clear I was being upsold, so I decided to call Parker Imports. They took the time to inspect everything and walk me through what they found. They gave me honest answers and the price was more than fair. I’ll be bringing my car here from now on and would recommend them to anyone.”

“Spectacular people who work hard to deliver what you need. They work with you to understand your specific needs. The pricing is fair and you get what you pay for. I've had a few projects that required some design challenges and the team here was eager to design a concept that not only works but is rugged and durable enough to likely outlast the vehicle.”

“I originally brought my car in thinking I just needed a new serpentine belt, but it turned out there was quite a bit more that needed to be done, including the harmonic balancer, drive belt tensioner, timing cover, valve cover gasket set, crankshaft position sensor, and a few other things. They took the time to figure everything out and had the car running perfectly again after a few days. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them!”

“5 Stars, A+ Business. When I got a nail in a rental car tire, I pulled in as they were closing for the day. The store manager stayed late to fix my tire and get me back on the road so I could make my trip the following day. Amazing service, honest people. Their customer first mindset is obvious. Thank you again!!”

“I stopped in because my rental car was showing low tire pressure, and the experience couldn’t have been better. Nick took care of everything with professionalism, kindness, and genuine enthusiasm. What stood out most was that he never talkes down to me or made me feel like I should know more about tires. Instead, he explained what he was doing, answered my questions, and made the whole experience feel welcoming rather than intimidating. Discount Tire (and Nick, specifically) was efficient, friendly, and clearly takes pride in treating people well—not just fixing cars. Customer service like this is worth going out of your way for. Thank you, Nick, and the entire team. You’ve earned a loyal fan, and I’ll happily recommend Discount Tire to anyone who asks.”

“Spent 5 days at Jellystone Park in Larkspur. While there a critter crawled into my engine bay and chewed through my wiring harness. Had it towed to the Parker location and couldn't be more thrilled. Nick and Jacob had excellent communication all throughout the process and they were able to get me back up and running. I love this place. Highly recommend.”
